The method used is vibration-assisted tumescent liposuction. Tumescent anesthesia is the key to obtaining loss of sensation in a body area without use of general anesthesia. Vibration enhances the removal of fat and promotes a more uniform appearance of the skin post healing. Body areas that can be treated are the abdomen, flanks, back, chin and neck, male gynecomastia, arms, and legs. 

Fat transfer is also available for breasts and buttocks (commonly know as BBL).
